Family First Medical Center is a team of family doctors and health care professionals in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The clinic was founded in 2002 by Dr. Flint Packer. Dr. Packer wanted to start a medical practice where he could provide high-quality preventative care while building relationships with patients. In 2003 Dr. Boyd Southwick joined the team, bringing the same patient-centered philosophy as Dr. Packer. Both doctors are enthusiastic to provide comprehensive healthcare to you and your family!

Great Family Medical practice for all medical needs. Although I don't have young children I hear it's a great practice for those that do. Lots of caring professional people.

Me and my husband have been going here for a year and we love our experiences. The Drs are fantastic and actually listen to us. I feel valued and that they really want to help us unlike other Drs.

The doctors at this place are pretty good and in general, I think they do a good job. But the stupid receptionists at this place, in particularly one named Carrie, are just way to annoying and frustrating to deal with to make it worth going to this place. She's rude and attempts to be condescending which is pretty difficult to listen to coming from a moron who works as a receptionist for a living. If she hates her job, she should find a new one rather than trying to take it out on family first's customers.
