I can't say that I share the same opinion as some other customers. For me, this was an excellent service center for getting a fast and reliable fix. We were on our way to Montana when we had a fresh water tank problem on our travel trailer. They said bring it when you get into Idaho Falls and we'll fix it. And fix it they did in no time and we are back on the road again.

People are telling the truth. It's a shame they are still in business. They do rip you off by doing unauthorized work. There work is terrible. Some day they will get theres from someone for screwing people who bring in older RVs in need of certain repairs. They go ahead and update and install things not needing to be done. They warn you of other dishonest RV repair businesses when they themselves are at the top of the list. Do stay away!

These people are unscrupulous shysters that cultivate business dishonestly by performing unauthorized work. They agreed to prepare an estimate to repair my RV. Three months later, I received a call indicating they had already performed extensive repairs, and that they “just wanted to let [me] know”. I reminded them they had only been authorized to prepare an estimate and requested cessation of repairs immediately. Three weeks subsequent, I received an invoice for $7200, noting all repairs were complete. I ultimately ended up paying approximately half the invoiced amount in order to repossess my RV. It was then discovered that their repair work was haphazard, unprofessional, and incomplete. Also, they failed to drain the water system, which resulted in additional repairs of $1000. Other online reviews unfortunately revealed similar experiences from other customers. Please avoid this business if at all possible, and use the utmost caution if you choose to patronize them.

I had driven my motorhome for 5,000 miles before anyone could determine that it needed a new fuel pump. I was at the tail end of my trip back home to Southern Oregon and needed to be home within four days. John and his crew stayed until 8 p.m to fix my rig so I could get home in time for a job training. His kindness was overwhelming; he even fed us pizza for dinner. His price was very low considering the amount of work and the difficulty of doing it. We would have paid anything, but he did not take advantage of us and, in fact, did everything possible to help. I highly recommend this shop.

After calling over 15 rv repair companies this was the one one that was willing to work us in as an emergency repair. His statement was "I will do everything I can to help you ". What more can be asked?

TERRIBLE --- WATCH OUT. I asked Eagle Rock RV to inspect my old bus that was not in running condition and to provide an ESTIMATE for repairs needed to be done. To my shock Eagle Rock began unauthorized repairs to my bus (coincidentally, over their slow season), so I immediately demanded that they stop unauthorized repairs to my old bus. Despite my verbal request to stop, Eagle Rock continued to perform unauthorized "repairs" on my bus, so I had to hire an attorney to stop them. The bill stands at over $5000 for work I NEVER AUTHORIZED. I am suspicious of the motives because the Eagle Rock service manager expressed an interest in my old bus. WARNING!!! BUYER BEWARE! Stay away for your own good.

Repaired water heater by replacing thermostat and & heating element. Had to pay considerably more as service man didn't had necessary parts and had to run around town to get parts (I had to pay for his time). 3 months later water heater again doesn't work - same problem.

When our slides wouldn't & the furnace quit they sent Mike to our location. He fixed the slides within 20 minutes and stayed on the furnace until it finally admitted he knew his stuff and started working. THEN Mike went to bat with the insurance company! I would recommend Eagle Rock to anyone close to or traveling through the Idaho Falls area.

John and his crew where great. Two females with a pop up camper going from Canada back home to Colorado. Leaf spring broke,Thank god he had a set in stock. Told the guys to but a rush on the job he even went out of his way and found us a new tire. 5 hours later we where back on the road. Thanks John and his crew.The girls form Colorado.Linda and becky
