I just moved here to Idaho Falls Area and discovered I had problems with one of My tires. They helped me get back on the road with a set of tires that fit within my budget. I felt that they were looking out for me and not there bottom line. thanks

Big O Tires recently did alignment and 4 new tires for us. One month later front tires are wearing abnormally due to NO FAULT OF OURS.. Took it back for them to replace tires and do the alignment right.. WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTEE... Now taking them to Small Claims Court for all the extra costs and DISHONEST SERVICE.. It would be excellent if they would have just honored the warrantee we payed for.
