I recently was referred to Dr. Atwood after my dentist of twenty years retired. He and his staff have been fantastic to work with. Most important his dental work is top drawer, from root canals to crowns. Dr. Atwood is also super competitive price- wise. Next time you need dental work check him out.

I typically do not leave reviews, but Dr. Atwood has far surpassed my previous dental experiences. I always feel very comfortable and taken care of when I am in their care. Im giving a 5 star rating and I will recomend this dental office to anyone seeking a gifted professional.

After visiting Atwood Family Dentistry we can't imagine ever going anywhere else. We always enjoy our experience and even our kids like to go, especially to pick out of the "treasure box" at the end of the visit! The staff is so friendly and Dr. Atwood is very patient and gentle. We even have friends who travel from all over to see Dr. Atwood because they refuse to go anywhere else! The service and treatment is unbeatable! We would recommend this office to anyone seeking good dental care, which in our opinion is very hard to find!

I LOVE ATWOOD FAMILY DENTISTRY! Finally, I have found a dentist office that doens't try to take advantage of me. I trust Dr. Atwood completely. His quality of dental work is the best I have ever had, whether it's a root canal, crown, or a filling! The staff is wonderful and I never feel pressured or uncomfortable. I will never go anywhere else!

Just the facts:1. They did not preauthorize with our insurance before service even though they said they did so I paid the full price, not the price they quoted me at the time of service.2. When putting my previously determined, by Dr. Atwood, PERFECT crown back on my tooth after it fell off, he positioned it crooked and asked me to bite down, it shattered. He then told me he would give me a deal on a new crown, he didn't. Again, I paid the full price.3. While performing a root canal on my husband Dr. Atwood had an "equipment malfunction" meaning an instrument broke off in my husbands tooth. He sent my husband to an endodontist who told me " I don't like fixing other people's mistakes." The endodontist was unable to remove the broken instrument from my husbands tooth. It is still in there and could possibly abscess in the future. Again, I paid full price for this procedure.4. We go to a different dentist now.

Atwood family dentistry is honestly the best dental office I have ever walked into. Their office is warm and inviting, And your always greeted with a warm smile. The staff has a great sense of humor which helps the patient relax. Dr. Atwood really takes the time to explain your situation and really does care about you.. making sure to ask if you are comfortable every few minutes sure does give you a piece of mind.

The minute you walk in Jess makes you feel right at home. The office itself is very warm and inviting. Dr. Atwood and staff makes you feel like you are the only patient that is there. They all have a great sense of humor while keeping it professional. I have been to many dental offices and this office is my favorite one. I had a nasty surprise when I brushed my teeth Monday Morning - I found out that I had a broken Molar. Atwood Family Dental was able to get me in early the next afternoon instead of making me wait for 2 weeks like another dentist I'd called. Dr Atwood found out that a filling I'd had done years ago was severely decayed underneath. He cleaned everything out and did my root canal that day even though it wasn't in his schedule. I know that several other dentists would've made me reschedule. He made sure I was comfortable even though I needed 3 seperate numbing injections, and he took so much of his time cleaning out all of that decay and ensuring that there was no more potential for infection, or further rot in my tooth. I was even able to get in Wendsday morning for my Temporary Crown appointment instead of having to wait for weeks. I'm very pleased with the prompt and kind-gentle care that I've recieved at Atwood Family Dental!

My kids went to a previous dentist and they never wanted to go back, but after going to Dr. Atwood they are actually excited to go back. They loved watching TV and getting to pick out of the treasure box. They said it didn't even hurt, and that mean a lot to a mom.

We took our 6 year old daughter to the dentist here. She had to have quite a bit of dental work done. Dr. Atwood was very professional and worked well with her. She was nervous but he put her at ease. Dr. Atwood talked her through everything. Her very favorite thing was that she was able to watch cartoons while he worked on her. Not only will I return to him for all of our families dental needs but I have recommended him to all of my close friends and family.

I am one of those people that have several cavities every time I go to the dentist. I came to Dr. Atwood because of what I heard about him and it was the very first time I had fillings that didn't hurt! I couldn't believe how gentle he was! I am so excited that I have a dentist now that I don't have to dread going to! In fact, I look forward to it now because he is so good and the staff feels like family! Highly recommended!!

I have told everyone that Dr. Atwood has hands of an angel!
