You should follow the reviews written by local people. I lived in Brookline for 4 years. I came back to visit my friends here. I called a cab from Brookline to Stuard St. near Copley. From the beginning, the lady who answered my phone was not polite. I told the driver the hotel address. He keyed in the address in his GPS. What happened after was he tried to detour (I knew because I lived here in Boston). I complained, and he circled back to follow GPS. And then, he detoured again when we were near the hotel. When we arrived, he told me he was not happy with me, and he didn't even want to help me take out my suitcases from the trunk. The funnything is, why did they pretend they don't know directions in Boston? And after they activated the GPS navigation, they didn't follow the directions. I hate people cheating. They think I'm not local, and try to make money they shouldn't get form me. About the rating, I don't even want to give them a star...............
