Terrible!!!!!!!!!

Do not go here!!! Don't buy a thing from them. I bought a helmet for my gf b-day and they said I could bring it back to exchange sizes if need be. I brought it back to get a medium and they were giving me a hard time saying they are going to charge me a restocking fee of 20%! To just put it back on the shelf. $@&$& them! They lied!! They are shady and don't know anything about motorcycles. A "mechanic" scratched up my friends bike while working on it and they refused to fix it!

The absolute worst place I've ...

The absolute worst place I've dealt with in the world. Purchased a replacement part for my lawnmower from them that took more than a week to come in and when I went to install it, it turned out to be the wrong part. Went back the next day to return it, and have them order the correct part. Took more than a week again for it to come in. When it did, my wife went to pick it up for me and the owner wouldn't give it to her. He was very rude to her as well. Finally got in to pick it up myself and he wouldn't give it to me either, saying I had to buy the wrong one along with the correct one. Then proceeded to swear and yell at me like I did something wrong. Finally ended up not getting any part and was shorted on the refund. Seriously considering small claims court action with these a*^h@#s. What else to say? STAY AWAY

Not a Machanic between them all!

I have never seen such incompetance in a motorcycle shop. My son made the mistake of bringing his bike there to get some work done. These people acted like they were providing some kind of favor for him. He drove it 30 miles after the repair that took over a week and it broke. He brought it back they charged hundreds of dollars, drove it 20 mile and it broke in the same area they were working. They put a new chain on old sprockets after it already broke a chain $120. The chain is stretched and beat up already! They lowered the suspention and 2 days later all the oil came out on the tire and he almost wrecked! They said the part would be $250 + labor. He brought it in to replace the sprockets and it sat there for 2 weeks with no work done to it. I went it there to see what was going on. The woman mechanic that was working on it, I use that term working loosley! She was talking down to me from the word go! I've been working on bikes my whole life, I rebuilt my engine on my Harley myself. I would work on his bike myself, but I run my own business and know how th treat customers! When I said I thought they were taking advantage of a teenager and sending the bike out knowing it wont go far! Sounds like job security to me! Everyone was rude and clueless, but they know all!! The manager kept hanging up on me, they said they were going to put it back together and not work on it. This was only after I said When your done, I will never bring anything back here!! My son spent over $1000 and got nothing but a bunch of broken promices ans a bunch of BS!! This is Cape Cod, how does this place stay in business???

Shop at your own risk

I recently went to JMR Honda to buy a bike and equipment. The shop was set up nice enough and the office person was very nice. When I told her I wanted to puchase a bike she introduced me to the owner. I made the mistake of saying I was a new rider but wanted to by a bike. He did not give me the time of day. I told him which bike I was interested in and it was like pulling teeth trying to get information out of him. He treated me like I was inconveniencing him the entire time(which was no more than 10 min). In discust I made up an excuse to end his sales presentation which really didn't matter because he had already started walking back into his shop. As a result I purchased (at great inconvenience to me) my helmet, gloves and jacket off Cape (I told my story and they said they hear that all of the time from JMR) and my bike from someone else. Not sure how they stay in business. Good luck if you shop there. The bikes are great, the owner not so much.
