I can't imagine writing a review for a mattress company any more than I can imagine being 67 when I was 24 years old. But here I am, 67, summering on Prince Edward Island, getting ready to dispose of 4 near perfect "Princess Pam" twin mattress / box spring / headboard sets that were purchased from "The Mattress Factory" in 1976 by my father-in-law. So embarrassing to brag about the longevity of such, However the mattresses were used only 3 months each year in cottages at Barnstable, MA and North Lake PEI, so approximately 11 years in mattress life (44 x .25). If Guinness kept world records for mattresses we'd keep them but they are. . . .dated and losing their firmness and the idea of being outlived by a mattress is depressing. So off they go, unless there is a market for vintage mattresses. In terms of value and comfort for the money, we did quite well by Bon-Repose.
