I worked with this company and the reviews from customers would be a lot better if the owner actually cared about his employees. He let's the operations manager and her daughter treat the staff like they are a bunch of morons. No one will ever stay long term. Their turn over rate is astounding.

We brought new rescue dog here to learn house / potty training, crate training, to ignore and not attack our cat, get acclimated to a car, and general obedience training. They promised and assured us of success and we agreed to 4 week board & train. Dog came back without learning house training, crate training, ignoring cat, or bring acclimated to vehicle. He listened to basic commands at training center but not at all at home. Destroyed our house and Triple Crown / Starmark refused to take any responsibility or make amends for complete & utter failure. They do not appreciate their clients whatsoever. Do NOT use...
