I've lived here for nearly 9 months. When I moved in I had several issues. The refrigerator did not work, the doors had been painted shut. Maintenance took care of all of these issues promptly. They never got around to fixing the floor that has been peeling up or the window that leaks whenever its raining.



The fitness center has been closed for about 3 months. It doesn't look like they have any plans to fix it. All of the appliances are low-end, and the walls are paper thin. I always know what my neighbors are watching on tv, and where the people upstairs are walking around. There is no insulation from the outside, so the place is always cold in the winter.



All in all, you can find a much better place in the Huntsville area for the same price.
