My wife and I visited this dealership and spoke with John Miolla who was very helpful in helping us decide to buy a Explorer or Navigator. He was friendly along with the Manager Wayne who came over as well. It was an easy process for us although I usually stress over buying a car.

After buying a truck from here about a year ago I have sent over several people that I know to buy cars from John Miolla and he really has been so helpful especially one who is like a daughter to me and 19 yrs. old with no credit. He helped her get special arrangements for financing. She is so happy thanks for caring enough to help her!

This business deserves negative stars - Just awful

OMG - not sure I have ever been treated so poorly as a consumer. We got a brand new Lincoln MKX from Syosset Ford/Lincoln and within 6 months the car started to get an alert that the left rear door was ajar, this causes the alarm to go off randomly and the doors to lock and unlock themselves (sometimes while I'm driving). We brought the car to the dealership 3 times to get it fixed and it is still broken. They have no idea how to fix the problem and when we got angry they started to treat us like we were doing something wrong. I finally was about to make an appt for the 4th time (which by law is how many times they have to try fixing the problem before deeming it replaceable under the lemon law act), when the manager told me that we were no longer welcome in their dealership and we should take our car elsewhere !!!! How is that for customer satisfaction ?????

I haven't seen such poor customer handling in a very long time. I walked into the showroom and though it wasn't busy, no one asked if they could assist me. I looked at car after car, a half dozen salespeople were standing around, and yet not one asked if I needed help. I have been in sales all my life and I can honestly say they lost a sale today. How many others have walked away in disgust as I did today? At this rate, this newly reopened showroom will cease to exist once again. They really need to take a lesson from Lexus and Hyundai, these firms know how to treat a customer.

I was surprised with the deal you guys gave me for a pre-owned Ford Edge. Really happy with it considering how tough it is to come across such an offer during these tough times. Kudos!

Didn’t think I could get a pre-owned Ford Taurus for such a great price. All the other dealerships I’ve been to were difficult to work with, so I’m glad I continued with my hunt until I got to you guys. Thank you so much to everyone at Syosset, especially the finance team.
