I went to this store and these guys do Not know what they're doing. I live in the huntington harbor and on my way back home I found a much better Verizon store. The address is 16033 Bolsa Chica st. Huntington Beach CA 92649. They're on the corner of Bolsa Chica and Edinger. Their # is 714-846-8877. These guys made me feel human again. And I got everything taken care of. They even did a free contacts transfer from one phone to the next when this store tried to charge me $35.
