Venues Today is a leading international trade publication that covers the business side of entertainment and sports, particularly as it relates to venues. Our readers include managers, owners, operators and bookers of arenas, amphitheaters, stadiums, performing arts centers, convention centers, fairgrounds and equestrian centers. Our mission is to share news and how-to information to practitioners of all sectors of the live sports and entertainment industry, from managers and promoters to operations personnel and suppliers, helping them build the pool of knowledge and the relationships necessary to be successful in this business. Venues Today is a member of the International Association of Assembly Managers, the International Association of Fairs & Expositions, the International Entertainment Buyers Association and INTIX, the International Ticketing Association. We publish a quarterly supplement for INTIX members and special convention issues surrounding other industry events. The publication was founded in 2002 by Linda Deckard, who has more than 30 years experience covering this industry through her past association with Amusement Business and Billboard magazines. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable about sports and entertainment, many of them with a familiar and similar publications background. Venues Today has grown steadily and the future is bright.
