high resident turnover, occasionally noisy (parties, dogs, car wash across the street), get statements in writing! Approached leasing office 3 times regarding carpet stains and was told not to worry since they would replace the carpet after we moved out. They didn't replace carpet but cleaned it, and charged us for it. We understand we're liable, but telling us one thing and then hitting us with the bill? GET IT IN WRITING! or you'll pay.
