This facility, though for profit, was once a good place to go if you were in need of medical care. However, in the last 1 1/2 years the service staff are now woefully apatheitic and deficient in patient care. I saw them chit chat while a woman in real pain waited for hours in a near empty waiting room. I myself always call ahead to check that my doctor is in and available. When I get there, there seems to be some confusion and service is increasingly slapdash. This last time I was there,I signed in and waited two hours, in pain, when they decided to tell me the doctor had been booked all day. Desperate, I returned to find the doctor was amazed to hear that he was not available!



As for the billing, I pay immediately and in full each time but now I am getting invoices of unpaid charges. Very upsetting all around.



Good doctor;terrible facility.
