Las Brisas Del Mar offers One and Two Bedroom Apartments from $1350 - $1899*.  Featuring over-sized floor plans of 800sf and 1,100+sf, our well-designed layouts combined with our harbor-adjacent location allows for fresh cross-breezes from the ocean. 

Our apartment homes are newly remodeled with large kitchens with stainless steel sinks,  new appliances (DW, Stove, Built-in Micro), new countertops, accent paint in kitchen, plenty of cabinets, ceiling fan, Walk-in Closet in Master Bedroom and Mirrored Closet Doors in Second Bedroom**, and plenty of linen and storage closets.  Bathrooms are large with upgraded lighting and fixtures – the Master Bath features a full shower, while the Hall Bath features a tub/shower.  GARAGES are Included, w/remote control access and storage.
