They claimed they could help us, took our $2100 and said they could get us a fixed interest rate by using a mitigation team headed by Georgia. They were not able to get us a fixed interest rate, blew off our phone calls, made false promises, and gave us a hard time all around. The associates were unprofessional and threatening. We are are in the process of trying to get a refund and the branch manager Eric said they are investigating the matter but the investigation will take a long time. He has not provided us with an estimate on when we can expect a refund. It has been three weeks already and still no resolution. They also lied and said that a fixed rate was locked in and that the papers to sign for our mortgage were in the mail. It was Dec 2 that they told us this and we still have not received the papers. We called our mortgage company and they said that they were not able to get the fixed rate and that the false promises, were just that! STAY AWAY!!
