Provided by YP.comI have been going to Dr. Blaze since about 1989. I had a problem with getting a good fit for my contact lens. Dr. Blaze fitted me with lens that I can wear all day in complete comfort. I highly recommend Dr. Blaze. His staff is very nice too!
