The staff are nice And the doctors are amazing.

I had a very dark front tooth, went to see Dr Bigdeli and she gave me a beautiful smile. I wish I had a before and after picture to show my new smile. Her staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable before any procedure. Now I am looking forward to see Dr Bigdeli for my check ups which in the past seeing a dentist was my least favorate thing . They have a very reasonable prices and they always worked with my budget.

I am Deaf. Verbal communication with hearing people is not easy for me especially with medical and dental professionals. Most of them have a lousy attitude and asked me to bring someone who know sign language because they feel it is hassle for them to communicate face to face. I was referred to Big Dental Group in Huntington Beach by Care 1st. Here is a list of what I experienced on my first visit.



!. The office is nice and clean with plenty of parking.



2. The front office staff is friendly.



3. Gabby who works in the front office is very helpful and has answered all of my questions regarding fees and services, She writes everything I need to know with a beautiful smile.



4. Dr. Bigeli and her assistant, Evelyn, are very professional and do their best to keep me informed what they are doing with me. Evelyn is wonderful and uses her cell phone to type notes and information for me.



5. Dental work on my teeth is excellent and I am very satisfied. I have several more visits with them and it is nice to know they will accommodate my need.

I'll be honest - I hate going to the dentist! I mean, HATE!!!!!

With good reason of course... when you have a mouthful of cavities and root canals like I do, why would you like going to the dentist?



But, Drs Bigdeli are extremely accommodating and calm my crazy nerves. They are very thorough and time efficient with their work and always take the time out to explain what is going on with my defunct teeth. I don't need a dentist to hold my hand throughout the process, but I don't want a dentist who seems more like a drill sergeant. These ladies are the perfect in between! The office employees are super nice. My favorite, Gabby is super nice! Evelyn is so gentle.



For someone who hates the dentist and still recommends her own dentist, I think that my opinion should be held in high regard.

so finding a good trustworthy dentist is like finding a trustworthy mechanic , I am so happy I found this office and I am a life time patient here.

I have been going to Dr Bigdeli at Big Dental for almost 4 years now, had root Canals and Crowns, Veneers , bleeching ,deep cleaning,.... I am very impressed with Dr Bigdeli's work she does an excellent job and both sisters are very gentle .They also have a nice staffs.I definitely recommend them to everyone.

I have my veneers and crowns done in Big Dental ,Dr Bigdeli changed my smile and cant stop smiling now she is so gentle and she does fantastic job ,I have seen both doctors all I could say they are both great I am so happy with them ,beautiful office and very clean and good price.Highly recommended . Have been to many Dentists before, but by far this office was the best one that I visited in June of 2009 and will be coming back for all of my and family dental needs. Did 2 crowns and two fillings and have had no issues with them. My crowns were checked and adjusted and it felt great! Would recommend them for anybody.
