We took my husband's truck in to get his tailpipe fixed after one of our kids stepped on it, and it was cracked. After speaking with Alex, we also decided on getting a new Flomaster exhaust. After a week my husband realized the tailpipe had fallen off and was gone. He called Alex immediately after we realized this, and his response was "Well that doesn't sound like something we did, and I just remember putting the Flomaster in." I later found our invoice to see that they infact had tailpipe repair/weld on there, and we did pay for it. We called back again, and this time he said, "well it was rusty and I told you this was a temporary fix". If that was actually said to us we would have had him put a new one on. But he insisted it was an easy fix. As business owners ourselves, I cannot believe the excuses and lying that we heard from this shop. He made no effort to remedy the issue.

After my visit to A plus muffler, this is the only place I will consider when recommending my friends and family for auto repair. They were very nice and knew a lot. They were able to explain exactly what I needed and why. I had a really bad rattle coming from the back of my car, I was afraid it would cost a lot to fix, but the guys at A Plus Muffler were able to fix it for a lot less than I thought. If you want honesty and knowledge A Plus Muffler is the best place for auto repair.

Wow, these guys know what they are doing! I wanted to upgrade my exhaust for my Camaro and really wanted a place that does quality work. I have friends that just went to the first place they found, and were very disappointed with the lack of knowledge and the poor install. Huntington Beach Muffler really did a fantastic job. Hunting Beach Muffler showed me all my options and install was flawless. I don't have any rattles or leaks, and the tips make my car look even cooler.
