I have a gas clothes dryer which was not heating. Called repair service and within an hour the repair men arrived and repaired my dryer. After the repair they cleaned all the lint from under and behind the dryer. They did repair quickly and added the charge to my monthly bill, preventing my having to pay for repair today.

Worst customer service ever!

This is the most awful company I've ever done business with. The only reason they get away with it is because there's no competition. If you live in Huntingdon and you need gas you have no choice but to go through them. We paid to have our gas turned on week ago and they still haven't done it. It was 37 degrees outside this morning and we were all shivering! I called to ask about it and was told it was going to be at least a couple more days before they could get here. I tried explaining that we have four kids including an infant and was told that I really should've thoughabout that and had it turned on about three weeks ago. I said three weeks ago it was 97 degrees and I had no idea the weather would turn this cold this fast. She said and there's was nothing she could do about it that everyone was cold and they would get to it when they could and then hung up on me! I wonder how fast they could get out here to turn it off if I didn't pay the bill, yet it takes a couple of weeks to turn it on!?!?!? Rude, horrible, awful people! Whenever I've moved I've been able to have utlities turned on within a day, even same day for an extra fee. Two weeks is ridiculous! So I'm supposed to go out and get some space heaters with four small children running around til they get a chance to stop by and flip a switch?!?!!

Be Prepared for Poor Customer Service!!!!!!

This company charges a high deposit for service of at least $120 for the use of gas for the winter with a $50 connection fee. Even with the high deposit if you are more than seven days late on your bill you WILL be shut off. In our case they reported to have cut off service one day before the check got to them in the mail. There is no way that they will waive the $50 connection fee for good customers. They are good and kind about taking your money but doing anything to help you is not worth their time and just policy. This is the kind of customer service that will make you pull your hair out.
