They really need to staff this theater better. Day after xmas (understandably a busy day) and they had FOUR people working concession and about 20 people deep in each of the four lines. Ridiculous. Seriously poor management.

Experience was just ok. Theatre could use some updating. Some of the staff are rude.

Location, location, location -- right in Birkdale within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The service is always fast and friendly and the lines move quickly to purchase tickets, enter the theater and to buy snacks. And, if you join the Regal Club you receive coupons for free food and movies.



My only complaint is that you cannot find them listed in the Yellow Pages without knowing the exact name. You should have them listed under Theaters and/or under Regal. It took me several minutes to locate their listing, which isn't good! I prefer using my computer instead of phone directories, but it is frustrating if you can't find things quicker on the Internet than you can by pulling out the bulky directory.
