I can not say enough good things about my experience with Wee Kare. My grandson who was visiting from out of town became very ill. I called, they fitted me in. We were a lengthy appt because he was so dehydrated and couldn't void. We never felt rushed , the Dr was amazing, kind and concerned . Her diagnose was correct, she prescribed him meds and then called to check on him the next day . I so appreciate Dr Hill and the entire staff . We were treated with care, compassion , expertise and kindness. Thank you to all the staff.

I have worked front desk for almost 3 years now and love my job . I have never had an employer who really loves and cares for its employees like wee Kare does The company recently gave us a team building experience I have never experienced in another job we were able to hung out, relax while on the clock and got to know each other rather than just coworkers

My kids are 10 and 8. They have been going here since birth. They don't treat my kids right. I'm looking for another doctor.

Disliked this office and the girls making appts. They had cancelled my babys 2 mth appt check up. I called today and told me they had availability until April, and this is for my sons vaccines which are very important! Will not be taking my son there ever again.

I have been taking my son here since the day after he was born (he is now two and a half). My son does participte in the Texas Chip program and WeeKare are one of VERY few pediatricians in my area that accept CHIPS. Yes, they do change dotors often but I have received nothing but great care for my son. Dr. Knight was his first doctor and I was so sad to see her go but then Dr. Allison Stephens took over his care. I'm pretty sure that she no longer is practicing there although I have not been formally told. Dr. Rebecca Hill is who we have seen the past few times we have been in to the doctor. My son was having quite a few problems with his ears and she promptly refered me to an ear, nose, and throat specialist. He ended up having to have surgery to have tubes put in his ears as well as his adenoids removed. I truly believe that all the doctors who practice here have passion for the children and do what is in the best interest of the children. With that being said, the front desk staff are rude and hastey. They are seriously lacking in the customer service department. There has not been one time that I have taken my son in where they have been friendly even in the slightest. I will continue to bring my son here due to the competencey of the doctors that practice here and that is all that really matters to me in the end.

WEEKARE PEDIATRCS is the First and Last Pediatric clinic my child will ever go to.. The staff goes beyond to help my concerns regarding paperwork or insurance and they call my daughter by her name when they see her and they are always smilling at me. I feel like a have a new family at Weekare. I also had a caring encounter with a new provider, my daughter sees the same doctor but one day she was not in and i had option to see a different doctor and i made her aware of her fear of the dark and in the exam room she had to turn off the lights to check her eyes and the doctor turned on her screen to Dora the Explorer movie and my daughter was calm and not aware of the room, and my daughter is in her crazy two's. I was soo happy how the doctor just had a caring thought and went through with it! I feel blessed to know that my child is in great hands at Weekare!

A lot of people have many bad things to say about Weekare Pediatrics, but I don't have any. I have been taking my child there for the past 2 years and have never had a problem with this office. The physicians are compassionate and thourough, and the staff is welcoming and always willing to help me. Though the wait may be long I know It's worth it when my child will receives outstanding care from the doctors and nurses. And which doctors office doesn't make you wait. I highly recommend Weekare Pediatrics to everyone and anyone who is in search of a Great pediatrician.

I brought in my son as a new patient, yesterday he needed his shots updated for school. The staff was friendly and we were in and out.I am new to the area and heard from my neighbor that Wee Kare was close. My son really like the waiting area too. We will deninlty be returning in the future.

Well when I took my son to "Wee Kare" the wait was long and the place was packed but the front dest clerks were nice and I thought that the little handhel computer Questionare was pretty cool. As far as the doctor goes, well My sons Dortor ( Dr. Carter ) well she is GREAT!!!! my sone doesn't take well to new people but when he showed that he liked her, and after watching their interaction with one another. I knew she was a keeper. I don't know about anyone else but I WOULD and Have told a lot of my friends to go there...

They change doctors often. I asked a nurse if I could give my baby ibuprofen and she said sure, the doctor said no way on the ibuprofen only tylenol. Very unprofessional staff and the receptionist at the front desk are a bit rude. Would not recommend these quys for any children.

First of all, they are very unprofessional. They do not complete paperwork in a timely manner. They lie and say they have completed paperowrk and faxed, when they have not. It has been over a month now, and they have not completed the simple page and faxed it so that my child can have a procedure done.



The change physicians often. A whole group of their doctors just up and left. The parents and patients were not given an explanation as to why ! I have a feeling that something is not right about them.



Be cautiuos and ask lots of questions. Our children are precious.

very nice doctors but hard to get an appointmnent the same day.
