After calling this location listening to 15 minutes worth of music the phone began to ring and ring and ring and guess what ring some more. Someone picked the phone up and hung it up without saying a word. How lucky is that customer service to talk about. It shouldn't matter what time of the year customers call..........just be grateful they are calling. Without customers there would be no need to work at Toys R Us.
