1st contact was Rudy Majette as I was originally interested in getting a quote on a certified used Explorer Sport. Rudy made me (and my son who was with me) feel very comfortable while describing the vehicle merits during the test drive. When I mentioned I would keeping looking at the new models Rudy encouraged me to look in the showroom and on the lot, no pressure sale - just good conversation. Thank you Rudy for responding to my request for quote. I got the vehicle I wanted.

I was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted at other dealerships, but I saw that Planet had the one I wanted online. I walked in the door and was introduced to David Warren the Internet Manager, and he was more then helpful. We went and test drove a couple that I was debating about, and he was able to answer all of my questions.
