I was SO impressed by the balanced learning curriculum and the nurturing dimeanor of the staff! I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about Primrose. My daughter has been going there since she was only a few months old and she is now in the toddler class. She has learned so much. She does great communicating with her sign language and Primrose has taught me that she capable of doing things way before I thought she would be (i.e. eating solid foods, drinking from a sippy cup etc...). I had no complaints about the previous owners, but I think I only saw them once the whole time they were owners. The new owners are around all of the time which I appreciate. They have also made themselves readily available to discuss any concerns the parents might have. If you expect absolute perfection, then keep your kids at home. If you want a safe and nurturing learning environment where you can feel comfortable leaving your children during the day, I highly recommend Primrose of Lake Houston!

Owner has no childcare or educational experience; staff seems untrained in childcare and academics. The children run around without structure, and the staff are less than attentive to the children. The staff and owner do not seem concerned about the children. I would not recommend this place for childcare or the private kindergarten.

Do not leave your child here. You never know who their teacher will be on any given day or if they will be in the right classroom. They don't feed the children what is listed on the menu. The daily reports they send are filled with lies to make things seem better than they really are. Diapers don't get changed. All the children are sick all the time due to the fact that they do not disinfect toys. We left and went to Kids R Kids and it is much nicer for the same price.
