The wait staff is very nice and courteous. The food leaves a lot to be desired. I went on a sunday. I was charged 12.00 for the buffet. They charge 7 during the week. You get the same food which taste no better than a TV dinner that you buy from a supermarket. I wish I had know I would have went to the golden corral.

Service once seated is slow. The food is good. The decor yes says mexican but lets not forget we are in the U.S. The colored walls could be a little more subtle and still say mexican. Hell im a mexican and i find it annoying.

Very Good Mexican Food, Great Value.

Their tamales are very good. The food bar up front has a lot of standard favorites (enchilladas, burritos, chili relenos, tacos) and some not-so-standard dishes that are hot and flavorful. Try a little of everything. Watch your hands, because the plates can be hot. In the dining room is the salad bar with salsa (try the corn & black bean salsa), tomatoes, sour cream, pico de gallo and all the fixings. The bean soup on the salad bar is definitely worth trying. I like it. Their soups aren't the same worn-out thing you get at most food bars... but rather someone made them who knows about making good soup. Table service is prompt and courteous. Be sure to raise the Mexican flag at your table for service. For desert, ask your waiter for the sopapillas (free with your meal). They fry them up fresh and hot for you and serve them with a bottle of honey. Excellent, fluffy and crisp... with a little powdered sugar these things would be a hit for breakfast in New Orleans. They also have a small desert bar in the dining room, with puddings & cookies and other small desert treats. The sopapillas are not to be missed though. Highly recommended for a quick sit-down quality meal with your family. For this buffet price, you can't do better for wholesome Mexican food.
