They already say it so I have nothing to add but be careful here and watch your back just stay to your self and do what they want and you will be OK being here.

I was there visiting on New years and the Managers drunk boyfriend well let's say I heard him talking to someone and I did not like the way he talked to them. It was very disrespectful and the owners should not let the managers boyfriend say nothing to them. That's my review on things there.i would give a 0 but I can't

• Dreadful place. When trying to locate this RV Park and there is not a visible sign to let you know you are there…there is a Palm Readers sign in front of the RV Park sigh we passed it two time, we were not sure where to sign in since there is no “office” sign with any information for clients. Management hates dealing with people, dogs and dealing with the day to day operation that is required to run this RV Park. Manager has a tendency to let everyone know everyone’s business, tells everyone in the RV Park about who are stupid, who can’t pay their rent, and don’t call at night and wake him up if there is any problems. Grounds are overrun with high grass, leaves and brush behind the trailers, siding and old tires are covering septic tanks and the mosquitoes are bad since water is standing in them, there are mobile homes in the park and are real run down, they look like they are falling down. Manager claims that he has to deal with the owner and won’t make any decisions on anything. Meanwhile there is a brush pile in back that is 30' square and ten feet tall. That is where the copperheads are breeding and molted skins have been found. Septic tanks go underwater in a heavy rain, forming what residents call 'Smell O’ Sun Poopy-caca', which will swell to include a dozen trailers. Nothing like wading through septic overflow and of course the smell. The owner is absentee and won't get involved, won't even return your calls. I figure they are trying to go bankrupt for some strange accounting reason. Occupancy is down to 20% and falling. They make an excuse for not wanting to improve this park, as the manager says the owner is not going to do anything to the RV Park. Manager is hostile to Comcast, future residents wanting to just stay a few nights and they are starting to refuse to take new customers at this address because of the manager's nasty attitude. These people don't deserve your money. I'd rather overnight in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

This place has a bad septic smell. Place looks pretty rough.
