Went there with my mom, got a mani and pedi, cost $163. Worst experience I've ever had. There was three people working. Only one of them would speak to you, and I assume that's because she was the only who could speak English. They conversed the entire time between each other. The tech that did my nails, would not answer my questions, and a customer beside me had to try and help me. The customer service was horrible. She did not give me what I asked for in nails. The quality was even worse. There's grime in my nail gel, the work is sloppy, so sloppy I can't believe that it's even acceptable to pay for, they're lifting after day one, if there were words adequate enough to describe how awful my experience was, I'd be writing a book, but a photo alone would be enough to discourage anyone from going there. The nail tech made one of my fingers bleed, rubbed the skin raw on my mothers hands. Left me to sit with my nails under the light forever without telling me I was done. She walked away into the back room without another word, and never came back. So finally the other nail tech went back and asked her if I was done, then took the money without a word. I could look past the customer service, if the quality of nails was decent. But $163 wasted for very ugly nails is just sad. And they do not give refunds. I will never go again and strongly discourage anyone else from going.
