guy are lazy i want 3 tender roll too lazy gave me some tender off buffet bowl instead dropping and fresh cook not going back there any more trash store . manager suck. WRONG PHONE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT

This is one of the worst restraunts in Humble. I went in for the buffett and over half the tables were dirty and this was 6: 30 in the evening. They had no white gravy, the chicken was dry and hard brown. The corn was not yellow it was already turning brown.Waited on chicken, rolls and gravy.. The 3 workers had no customers and were just standing behind the counter talking.. OK so I had a bad experience, I want to keep my business in Humble, my beautiful hometown. So I go back today after Chemo treatment and no one answered the drive thru and did not respond until I banged on the drive thru window. A young lady came and I told her I needed a family size mashed potato and white gravy. Again this is 11:30, no customers at all. I got home and found I was given brown gravy. Now come on how hard is it to remember 2 items ordered? I called and asked the girl for the manager and was told he was not coming back for awhile because he had a baby. She told me she was in charge, (this girl that could not remember 2 items ordered) She could not tell me a corporate number but I will send this letter to them also.
