He made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchases and answered all our questions. He has amazing customer service skills, was very kind, patient and understood what we wanted and help us get everything within our budget. Exclusive Furniture is very fortunate to have Manuel Platero in their staff. Truly a cordial and amazing person.
