Let me first start off by saying, I have never written a review or found it necessary to do so until I came to this business. My husband and I walked into the showroom which was beautiful and purchased a 2,000 fan (300.00 install fee). The salesperson stated the service department would contact us to set up the appointment within the week. No one called, so I did 5 days later. They were very surprised no one had contacted me. I was ok with that and I was told I would receive a call back from the service department to set up a time, which she never called back confirming a time. Long story short, we finally set up a time in which I took off work. I received a message from the service dept , about 30 minutes before he is to be here for the install, stating the installer will be late, he has a sick kid. Well, my husband called her back and said, that wont work because we both took the day off of work to be here and I also have a sick kid. The service department assures us someone will be out here to install the fan at 10:30 am. 10 minutes later Miguel, the electrician calls back and says he is stuck in bad weather and cant be here, but later this afternoon. So which story is it? Bad weather or sick kid. So we call the manager, and what does he say, "Well, he doesn't work for us, he is contracted." um..... Really? And no apology? Seriously? What bad business practice. We are requesting a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! This place is horrible.
