I have been buying from A-1 Maytag for 15+ years now and would not go anywhere else. Steve at the Humble location is top notch and couldn't be more helpful. If I have a problem with any of my appliances I call him and he stops what he is doing to provide a solution over the phone to see if the problem can be fixed before sending a service technician out. Their prices are very competetive and the personal customer service is outstanding. I recommend A-1 Maytag to all of my family, friends and neighbors.

Customer Service is quickly becoming a thing of the past but the "one-man-show" that runs this store went above and beyond the call of duty in helping locate an obsolete part I needed. He didn't carry it but called around and found it. Then he arranged for the item (it was in Corpus Christi, TX) to be shipped to me in San Antonio, TX.
