Awhile back I requested a price quote from Patriot for a new heating system. I did receive my quote in a timely manner but was uncertain about the options they provided me in their proposal so I contacted them on several occasions for clarification as well as advice. Apparently I asked too many questions because the last time I called they told me that they were withdrawing their proposal. In my 50+ years of life it was my only experience having a company do anything like that to me. Can't say if they would have done a good job or not, if you get a quote from them just don't ask too many questions!
