Ashley cut my 3 year old son's hair. It was his FIRST haircut and she made him feel comfortable and did a great job! I will be back!

I have been to this great clips many times. I always get a pretty decent cut but customer service not the best. The stylists except for a few seem to be in a "blah" state of mind. I expect a good cut when I go to get my hair done but the mood of the salon and customer service is also very important. I must say the last cut I had was with marcy and she was nice and did a good job.

The Hugo-Vadnais Heights store is out of business so it's likely run from home. In my experience the prices were below average but the copycat and in-house products were disappointingly inferior to the brand names. Delivery was way overdue and installation was shoddy while the owner was amiable until we paid. I'd look elsewhere. My coworker had a really good experience with Blinds by Design recently and this spring we helped purchase name brand blinds from Costco (partner) for our parents home and the price was unbeatable and the service excellent. I think Costco will inherit the earth ;-). In all seriousness, let my loss be your gain.

The store was limited, but the prices seemed okay. And they can talk the talk. After delivery, very disappointed. Cheap knock-offs, lousy installation. Next time, Home Depot or Lowes. Other folks in our area also had negative experiences with this franchise.
