I've been with this company since I bought my house in 2005. Toward the end of this winter it was a whopping $980 to fill my tank. As a single school teacher, there is no way I could pay that in full, so I've been sending $100/month, knowing it would be paid off by the next onslaught. But today I discovered, when I went to cook, that they had come and cut my propane line and won't reconnect me until I pay in full, plus an $85 charge. How I will come up with this big wad of money I do not know. I also didn't know you could do that if someone was making good faith payments. In any case, it is lousy customer service. Highly unimpressed.
