Jan. 2023 we had our AC cleaned, when we told Dave about the history of the house (sat abandoned 3 yrs and sadly neglected) and our problem with keeping it cool in all rooms, he checked our ductwork and found it tore up by rodents. He installed the ductwork quickly and for a reasonable price - even threw in a UV system! Six months later (right after my husband was discharge from the hospital with a pacemaker) our AC unit started giving us problems with draining into the garage and alternating on/off. Jeff came out and we first tried to replace the faulty part, but the old unit was on it's last legs. I'm surprised it lasted the two years with us after the neglect it took the prior years. Jeff knew we were trying to keep our budget low, and was able to work the numbers we felt comfortable with. He even called me after hours with a quote and work order so we could keep the project moving. They were out in two days with a brand new unit and got us cooled back off. County Energy's staff from the front desk to the technicians are always responsive, professional and courteous. This is a really solid company and they have my business!!!

Unreliable service. They make an appointment for a service call but do not pass the information on to the service men. After waiting an hour past the service call time I called the office but no one answers the phone. This Has happened more than one time. The office staff needs to be replaced.
I would not recommend this company.

I was disappointed in the owner Dave Morreale.I had a 20 year old rhemn 3 ton,I told him I wanted a 3.5 air conditioner bc it was hot in the bedrooms and my house 1600 sq. feet.He puts in a 3 ton air and low in behold it worked the same.Just a new machine.So I should have just kept my 3900.00,since I got the same outcome.Next time I will insist on something or they won't get the job.Kally in hudson.
