U$ 60 for a damn two-days-fast track of an important document to Europe and after 6 days it still didn't get there. WTF? Tracking online shows its still hanging in the sorting facility in NC. That will have consequences for you business. Lazy bastards!

I am now missing my 2nd package in a month that my rude mail man supposedly placed in my mail box. When I call the Post office to speak with someone in charge because I feel this is a serious issue they refer me right back to the mail man. I have ignored and shrugged off all the Rude comments through the years about the amount of mail I receive . Nosey a** people ! But now I am being told because I get so much mail he don't know what he did with my mail. UGH are you kidding me .......? Totally unacceptable.

This post office is ultra-rude and very unhelpful. They can’t deliver mail, so get a PO Box thinking that would help. Now if I get packages they only give me half the packages and when as if there is any more they are rude stating that if was more I would have them. When I get home and check the orders and half is missing after calling the company and them telling me it is at the office when call them to find it have an attitude like it is my fault that I did not get it. When you go to speak to the supervisor she is just as rude that you are bothering her from what she is doing.

The post man/lady has been lazy the past several weeks in their delivery route such has skipping streets and etc... I called the local post office today and they didt even know correct terminology of their place of employment, i called to complain the lady told me "let me grab a supervisor" i asked the "supervisor" to speak to the post master she said with a rude tone "same thing". I attempted to finish explaining my situation and the problem, but before I could do so the "supervisor" began to continuously interrupt me. Later I asked who I would go to, to make a formal complaint she said no one this is it... My reply was "ok have a nice day, I'll look into it."

this post office is ultra rude and very unhelpful. they cannot hold ur packages for pickup or give you a definite time of delivery. very frustrating to deal with and no customer service whatsoever!
