All I expect from a company is the services they claim to provide. M&W is treading the lime of fraudulent with their "trash AND recycling" services. Today is 05/03/18, since 03/21/18 they have fulfilled this claim ONE TIME. Customer service rep. Patty was given several calls to notify of the problem ranging from throwing my recycling in the trash truck (recorded on camera) to simply not picking up the recycling at all. There was never once a sincere apology, or reassurance the problem would be corrected. Though Patty did accuse me of having dirty recycling last week. The company also refused to refund any of the money they colleced for services they obviously do not actually provide.

If M&W does not kick up their customer service skills soon they will be out of business with new competitors in the area. Avoid if possible.

Great folks, fast services we hung up the phone and they were already pulling in our driveway. Friendliest folks you ever met shook my hand were even nice to the kids and gave the kids a couple of packages of chocolate cookies. Never in my life have a ever experienced such awesome services and such friendly people.

M&W Hauling is the worst trash service I've ever had. They charge in 3 month increments and end up forgetting which months they previously charged you for. I would receive a bill for Jan - Mar even though I already paid for Dec - Feb.



In addition, they send your bill after the due date has passed and say it must be paid within 5 days. Sometimes they don't even send you a bill, then call and yell at you and leave rude voicemails, or send a creepy redneck to collect.



The ladies who answer the phone are extremely rude, unwilling to help, yell at you on the phone, threaten to terminate your service for asking simple questions, etc. The lady hung up on me yesterday because she was upset I was cancelling service for moving. She was also unwilling to refund me for paying the months of Jan, Feb twice on two separate bills.





Horrible customer service, I am surprised they are still in business. They need to teach customer service to all employees. M&W Hauling is an absolute joke.

They really drop the ball around the holidays. They seem to just make up whatever hours they want or not come by at all and don't bother to tell their paying customers.

You never know what you have until its gone. This is how I feel about the services I received from M&W Hauling, my trash and recycling was always picked up at 2-3 in the morning, and I never had any issues with customer services.

I truly appreciate the high quality of services I got for the three years I lived in Hubert.

I do miss it now that I moved to Beaufort and the trash services I have is very poor.

In my neighborhood, this company's employees are vastly more respectful and competent than A-1 Marine Sanitation. I'd rather have this company any day and encourage my neighbors to switch if they haven't already!!

Dealing with this company is more trouble than if I were to just take my trash to the dump myself. Every week it is the same story they only pick up a portion of my trash and leave the rest. When I call them each week its like playing 20 questions with the rudest lady who has obviously never heard about customer service. They will go on to tell you that "YOU HAVE TOO MUCH TRASH". Im not sure what constitutes having too much garbage when I have a family of 4. When I ask them what to do they respond with if you want to have another trashcan you will have to pay an additional $60 and otherwise I need to just keep my trash and only put out a portion of my weeks trash. I for one do not want to have garbage lying around my house. After arguing back and forth for about 20 minutes each week they agree to come out and pick up the remaining trash only for it to sit on the side of the road for another 3 to 4 days. I would highly recommend that you choose another trash service unless you want to be continuously disappointed. If there was a way to give them no stars I would gladly do so.

This place sucks, I've had them since 9/12/13 and they've actually only picked my garbage up about 3 times, every other time it sits by the road for days awaiting to be picked up and it just never happens. This time I decide to call and I'm told they'll be out the next day, and they still haven't shown up. It is now 11/1 and I'm quite positive that we've had more than 3 Thursdays since the connection date.
