Quicker than McDonalds. Our refrigerator when out over the weekend. I called and spoke with Kurt on Monday. That day Marty came out and said the compressor was bad. I called Kurt and ordered a stainless steel, French doors with freezer on the bottom and the dimensions of the space. The next day we had a new GE delivered, sight unseen, which my wife loves better than the old one. Thanks Kurt for such prompt service. Forget the big box stores, shop local.
