We are a husband and wife team. We both took the auctioning classes in Mankota, MN 8 yrs. ago, I - Wanda - then took the Real Estate classes so I would be able to list properties. I am a member of NAR - National Association of Realtors, RASE - Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire Inc. and a member of the MLS - Multiple Listing Service. I will meet with you, help decide if you would like to list your property, list the property, advertise on the MLS and in the paper, print flyers, have an open house if you would like, and list your property on other internet sites. I will then meet with people and represent your house to sell it to a successful buyer.  Denny, took the Real Estate Auction classes so he would be able to Auction land and houses, not just personal property.We both take 24 hours of continuing education classes every 2 years. When we list an auction we will meet with you, set up all the advertising, advertise in all the papers you would like, help set up for the auction and the day of the auction, be there early to answer any questions. We make sure we have enough help to clerk and have a great auction experience for you. We work together as a team.
