Took them days to fix air. Put a fan in the window one of the days with silver tape. Maintenance stole money from inside of the apartment. Lost my cat which means they left my door open while working. I had to stay in a hotel one night. They didn't want to reimburse my stay. First the reason was becasue priceline receipt said itinerary (that's who it was paid through). Then next thing was the board members said just said no.Didn't give notice they were going to leave fan in my window which they stated it was raining so they couldn't anything, which left me with no air for a 3rd day/ night. Instead of calling and informing about the issue they just put the fan in the window with silver tape and let my cat out. Did a police report for money that was gone and they basically told me they couldn't do anything about it because its he say she say even though police is involved. Then asked me how early I can move out. I've been a resident for 3 years. They only have security when someone reports a break in. Corporate is very rude. The front office is forgetful. Made me pay all late fees even though it took them days to go over the whole issue. Also I was penalized because corporate was out for Fourth of July.
