We've been in service for 12 years, my captains have nothing less than 10.The average crewmember in this A.O. makes $8.00 an hour, crewleaders $10.00.My teammembers makes $10.00, and Team leaders make $15.00. If their not worth that much money, than their not worth the risk of my reputaion. So the table your dad made, would you trust its state of condition more with a $18.00 an hour crew, or a $25.00 crew.Me and my 4 captains, NOT counting crewmembers, have a combined total of 58 years .
