Ive been bringing all my vehicle to southwest alignment for 8 yeats bought a new Mercedes and I'm back again they have excellent service

Southwest was recommended to me by the Mercedes dealership. I had an alignment done about a month ago. There was an issue with one of my tires. They told me to get the tire taken care of and bring it back for a free re-alignment.I went to NTB and ended up buying four new tires. NTB insisted that I had a major mis-alignment (around 23) and that it would ruin my tires if they did not do an alignment immediately. They even showed me the readings on a printout stressing how horrible the alignment was. I had a hard time believing this because the car drove straight as an arrow.I took it back to Southwest where Greg, the owner, stepped me through the alignment readings. Result, no alignment problem. NTB lied through their teeth to me.Quality work. Good warranty. Great customer service. Honest. I'll have my next set of tires drop-shipped to Southwest for installation and alignment.Kevin Sherwood
