High Prices, unfriendly clerks.

love the the place is and food is most imp halal as owner says.

Called in an order at 11:15 for pickup - told it would be 10 minutes.

Got there in 20 min. Paid. Waited. Waited. Waited.

Asked about my order - told it was being made.

Waited - at least it would be fresh. Waited.

When everyone in line behind me had been served with fresh made,

the employee turned around and grabbed two pre-made swarma's off

the counter and wrapped them.

They were cold and soggy because they had been sitting there for

at least the 20 minutes I was in the store.

Don't bother phoning in - they will pre make your order,

but will not serve it to you until after the dine-ins are served.

I would have been served quicker if I had placed the order when I walked in.

This place is a must go to if you live/work close by Westheimer. Just be forewarned that during the lunch hours, a long line can develop fast. Make sure to get there extra early!
