I went for state inspection and I was in and out in less than 30 min. Very clean shop and very professional staff.

Oil change quick and very good service they do a complete check up with any service. No pushy sales.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION! They are scam artists and thieves! Took my car for a routine State Inspection and they falsified my report and tried to get me to buy a battery in order to pass the test. Battery testing is not a state requirement. Do not let them swindle you. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I have been to Kwik Kar on richmond twice. Both times they tried to sell items that were not necessary. I ignored them, but beware if you go here. They said I needed to change an air filter that had just been replaced at the dealership during routine service.
