The worst ever, I will never return to that store. I brought my hats and wanted them done with embroidery. They are terrible at following instructions. I wrote it down, drew a picture. Still got it wrong. ( Address ) Its hard to find, in the hood. Not a store front, more like room in a mini mall. I hope I saved some one time and money......!

I brought my golf bag in to get it embroidered with just my first and last name. They wanted to charge me $65. When they realized I was not going to accept that they begin to tell me they were giving it to me at a bargain because they would wave the additional set up fee of $55. In addition, it wouldn't be ready for at least a week. I only wanted one bag engraved so why would there be a set up fee this was not a large quantity order. The part to be engraved detached from the bag so the material could slide right through the machine no problem. Knowing that I was being overcharged, I went to Custom+ (713) 909-6219 in Plaza Americas the gentleman charged me $35 and it was ready in ten minutes. I will never use Instant Embroidery nor will I recommend them. Custom + has gained a customer. Seeing as how I play golf for a living I'm always in need of custom items.
