Very Unreliable! After a missed appointment; the service technician came on May 29 at 7:00am; diagnosed the issue and said he was going to update my Home Warranty Company in a hour and asked me to follow up with then after 4 hours. It has been five days and my Home Warranty company has not received his diagnosis from Hot Shot Appliance Service. My home warranty company has left numerous messages and emails for them to send the diagnosis but all attempts have failed. According to my home warranty company; there is an agreement between Hotshot Appliance Service and the home warranty company to provided diagnosis with 24 hours
