I felt they were very unprofessional. The work was slow and ended up unusable. I do not recommend this business.

I finally found an art store that not only sells great products, but also gives exceptional advice, great service and is so knowlegable on art materials in general that I was in heaven when I left the store. If they do not know the answer, then I doubt if there is one. What a find in this mass, chain, and big box era. This is still a family owned business that cares about their customers and the products they sell. I only spent $9.35 but with the friendly service I recieved you would have thought I had spent $200.00. This store is worth the visit and worth supporting with my $. They also have artists studios for lease in their building. I got to see some of the artists work on my way to the restrooms! I will be back to purchase from them again soon.
