My advice: Get a detailed estimate before authorizing any work and then go and do some research. I saved 6.5 hours labor (and $800) by doing some VERY simple internet research and challenging the estimate for an issue on my car. They also charged me $50 for "shop supplies" and the only shop supplies required for my specific job was hand cleaner - that kind of charge really upsets me - especially with their high hourly labor rate.

I also opted to do some of the work myself and the manager said to contact him and they would reset the Service Engine light after I did my part. He never got back to me....

Pretty disappointed and won't be going back to Eurocare.

don't know how to fix imported cars

I let them they car of my imported German vehicle with a simple request to add an after market option ... What they did created a major problem in the vehicle and they had to remove the aftermarket option and then I had to spend my own money to fix the car somewhere else. Useless customer driven approach and no sense of urgency on finding the problem ... Zero skills to research the aftermarket to tell the customer that aftermarket was not compatible with year and model of my car.

Worst auto place ever!! TOTAL RIP OFF. I would give it a negative review if I could. This place was a complete SCAM!! They're clue less about BMW 's, I learned my lesson and I will need to look up reviews in the future.

The worst place to get your car serviced!

I took my ml350 to get its standard service, and my breaks and routers changed. When I picked my truck up I was handed a long list of things needing to be fixed.I leave there weeks later my break pads are rusting, and now there's a clicking noise that wasn't there before. I take the truck back they replace the pads and "fix the noise." Well my truck had a small leak. I took it to the dealership to fix the leak, and the long list of things that needed to be done.To find out that the work that Euro car care done was done improperly causing the truck to run hot! And the long list of things needing done was false my truck was fine. Do Not Take Your car to these people they suck at there jobs, You end up paying out more money when someone has to fix there screw up.

Eruocare = Eurotrash! My wife ...

Eruocare = Eurotrash! My wife went to their shop and they charged her $250 for labor in less than 2 hours to snip a wire that they where supposed to re-attach stripped the harness of the protective plastic loom and did not put it back on. Then used to ugly wire ties instead of an OEM clip. The repair looked like it was done by a high school kid! They took advantage of my wife and lied to her telling her one of the wires was going to shut the car off when it was only the headlight wire harness. These guys are real dirt bags that are begging to be investigated for mechanic repair fruad! They treated our nice car like an 82 Escort with 300,000 miles! NEVER GO TO THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!!

EuroCare is a total ripoff and...

EuroCare is a total ripoff and I would advise anyone not to use them. First of all, Scotty, the person I spoke with, advised me it would be $125 for the diagnostic test, which I agreed to because he stated that most service shops would charge the same price.

He later called me and said my Toyota Sienna needed around $1600 in repairs. He said the spark plugs needed changing, which was $800, and that the coils should be replaced because they already had access to them and a few were misfiring. He stated the spark plugs were so expensive because they were iridium plugs. I advised him I would get back to him.

I then contacted the Toyota dealership next door and they advised me that the diagnostic test was $29, and that if the plugs were bad they would replace them for $220 including labor. I immediately knew I was being ripped off. I drove back to EuroCare and advised Scotty of the dealership cost to repair what was wrong. He said that the coils have a history of being bad and tried to show me on his computer all of the problems with them. I advised him that the dealership explained to me that they don't even carry the coils in stock because they very rarely have to be replaced.

I advised him to lower my vehicle so I could leave. I paid the $125 and left. Well, after Toyota was finished with servicing my vehicle, they explained that the spark plugs were fine, that they were good until 100k miles. My vehicle on has around 60k miles on it. They ended up replacing something that was causing the vehicle to run hot because the fan wouldn't shut off, and something around the power steering pump that was leaking.

I had a few other minor things done, such as a filter and wiper blades, and the total cost to me was $265. The rest of the work done was covered by the warranty. The service manager advised me that the work that EuroCare said needed to be done in fact didn't. I was given a copy of everything.

What makes me furious is that EuroCare wanted me to pay for $1600 worth of work THAT DIDN'T EVEN NEED TO BE DONE! Scotty even said that the diagnostic charge of $29 "must be some Spring Break special." Please, that's what they charge everyday.

I predict that EuroCare won't be in business many years if they keep trying to intentionally rip off customers. I for one will certainly advise anyone I come in contact with to avoid using them.

I have all the paperwork from Eurocare and the dealership that shows the work they advised needed to be done in fact didn't.

I would give this business no stars but it won't let me.

Consider your car dead if you take it here

I took my BMW 545i 2005 to this place to repair a steering module and control arm bushings. First I was seriously overcharged at $2200 finding that i could have gotten this done at BMW at half the cost, however they did repair the bushings and replace the steering module which supports the adaptive headlight feature in my car. After returning my keys to me I noticed that my car was idling real hard compared to when I dropped my vehicle off you could barely notice it was running when idle. The technician Craig told me not to worry that I just needed to drive my vehicle about a mile or so because they had updated the program in my car because the steering module has to be programmed to my vehicle informing me that this was BMW's way of preventing stolen or salvaged parts from being installed in there vehicles. Me knowing no better I said ok and proceeded down the road when a guy driving next to me informed me that the car was smoking. I picked up my cell and immediately called eurocare back and Craig said no problem just bring it in the morning and we will gladly see what's wrong. The car had no lights indicating any issues but we parked it and drove our Mercedes. Next day I returned to Eurocare and Craig broke out the scanner while the car was idling, he acknowledged the car was surely not running as I originally left it in there care and said it showed no codes but he would have his tech get on it. While standing at the car he witnessed the vehicle idle drop then return to normal saying yes surely something's not correct but we will get it fixed. A week passes and Craig calls me and says he thinks he found it ... A vacuum leak and clogged EGR valve. Told me to keep my fingers crossed. I asked was it possible that the programming caused an issue with the car and he replied to me that it could be possible so he would have his tech reprogram it again and let me know how that worked .... Two more weeks passed!!!!! Now I'm upset because I'm needing my vehicle. Craig says he is stumped and I need to come see the vehicle. I get in my Mercedes and go into the shop. He grabs keys and turns my car on and the engine just about jumped out of my car!!!!!! It was BAD like someone injected the car with the flu and it could not stop coughing! Craig just shook his head and assured me they would fix it and that he understood that I didn't bring my car to them in this condition and this was just better handled by BMW at this point because his technician was completely lost. I contacted BMW to see if my car had been taken to them and found that they never seen it but I was told by Craig that he had it towed and they said it had a vacuum leak in the rear. Craig said he would personally dig deeper. Now it's week 4 no car and I get a call saying that my rods are all bent and my engine is basically toast and that he has no idea how it happened. He immediately began to blame my car mileage for what happened but said that they would do the labor for free if I paid for the parts after research I found that the parts for a full rebuild kit was in the likes of 8-10k. Basically week 4.5 just ended in me half way wanting to kill everything that moved at Eurocare but being that the law won't allow it I just settled on getting a attorney!

The above review concerning a BMW is a lesson to all import car owners. YOU MUST USE FULL SYNTHIC OIL IN YOUR VEHICIULES!!!!…. If you opt for the $19.95 oil change or you buy a car without “proper maintenance records” as the owner of this BMW did, you are setting yourself up for a very large repair bill. The BMW mentioned above has been proven to possibly NEVER have had a synthetic oil change. Someone “possibly the owner” choose the $19.95 oil change special, perhaps trying to get off cheap and they are now paying the price. We have pictures that prove this car was very poorly maintained or totally neglected. The caramelized oil caked on the camshaft chain is telling proof. These engines have such tight tolerances that if you use the wrong oil you will damage the engine. Of course it is easier to blame the repair shop and ignore ALL the evidence rather than “man up” and pay to have your vehicle fixed. There are those who refuse to accept responsibility for their poor decisions. If anyone cares to view this damaged vehicle please contact me and I will provide you with pictures or you can actually view the engine itself as the owner did. Eurocare offered to cover all labor for this repair as a gesture of good faith, the customer would only have to pay for parts. He declined this offer. This vehicle was not brought to us for the repair now required, this is true but we did nothing beyond testing the vehicle and in no way caused years of buildup on the camshaft chains and other components as noted by several technicians and the customer. We are an honest shop with a great reputation, We can only ask that you judge us for yourself and not form your opinion based on an customer who is unhappy with his poor decisions and is looking for someone else to blame. Thank you, Sincerely, Jim Hughes Eurocare General Manager 281-320-2305
