Business was going great until this guy Eliud physically assaulted me. He literally grabbed me in my home kissed me on my neck and insisted that I kiss him back. Thankfully, my work was over 90% done. After the assault, I realize my lawn mower in my garage was missing. Prior to the assault, he asked me if used the lawn mower and if I wanted to sell it. We tried to negotiate a price but didn't agree on a price. So, I pushed my lawn mower back into the corner it had been sitting. Within the time frame of him and his workers doing work at my home the lawn mower was removed. When I realized that is was gone, I instantly called him and asked about my lawn mower. He said "the lawn mower" don't work. I replied by saying we didn't have an agreement and that I needed my cash or my lawn mower. Days literally passed. I then had my coworker call him from our work phone to translate. He tells her that he fixed the plumbing in my bathroom and that I owe him $150. This was the first I have ever heard of such a thing. I told her to tell him that if that is the case where is the receipt of the parts he replaced. He then told her that I needed to pay him labor. To this day, I do not have my lawn mower and had to pay to have the 10% of the work left undone by another contractor. This incident has been reported to the police and the BBB.
